Super clean, peaceful, child friendly space to relax with family. Stay was great and memorable experience that we could never forget. Fully netted house to stay away from mosquitoes. Fish pond.High quality rich home stay I ever encountered with at an affordable price. Adventurous park -Dreamland was just around 2.5 kms from this place where you could spend full day with children and explore some fun and exciting activities.I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great and relaxing time with your family. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and staff Sabu helped us so much to buy anything that we wanted from shops. Enjoyed watching movies from Amazon prime. The stay was a great place and kept very clean and beautiful. the house is a traditional house and if anyone's looking for a traditional Kerala house stay then this is the one .

The moment we entered the property Darsan was waiting for us. He coordinated with us from morning till we landed and made it to the property. He showed us around and went to get us some lunch. He was quick and responsive. He got us great deal in breakfast too. It is astonishing how they have maintained a 100 year old house. I have grown up visiting south of India as a kid so it hit the right spot of nostalgia for me. From the pillars to the furniture. I relived a part of my childhood during the stay. The surroundings are beautiful and some of the nature's elements did enter the house but did not disrupt our stay. All amenities and facilities were taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place!

If anyone wants no crowd, silent and private beach,,, this is the place. U can seat in balcony for hrs and hrs looking at the waves. Give relaxation treat to your self here. Rooms amazing. Some of nice restaurant near by and u can cook also. The care taker Rahul he is very nice person and helpful nature. Me and my parent had beautiful memories here. My forever place for trivandrum.

We are very pleased to stay for a night at this property. Very peaceful location and the property sits with lot of greenery around. However, it is a bit far from the main highway. But with maps we were able to locate correctly. The property is on the non beach side of the highway. The caretaker was not present in the property but was available over phone. His instructions were clear. Will recommend for a peaceful getaway home near Kovalam beach.

We were a group of friends who wanted to spend a day together reminiscent of old college days. The property and the location served that purpose exactly. This is an excellent 4 BHK villa very close to the beach. Ample space, ample privacy and maintained well. In fact probably because of being a week day,, we got a very good deal. We certainly had the means to book 4 hotel rooms at 3 times this cost. But we would have never enjoyed the privacy and comfort of staying at a villa. The villa has two floors with separate entrances and separate kitchen. If it is for small group, you could book just one floor and still enjoy the place. The upper floor has balconies which give an excellent view. The property manager was very friendly and professional. I appreciate him for that.

The room was good and clean especially the washroom.. had a jacuzzi👌.staffs were friendly and always there for us. will revisit for sure VALUE FOR MONEY

This is the next apartment I have ever stayed. It was self check in, which saved me a lot of time. Location is good, felt like real home. We were group of friends, we enjoyed a lot. Unlike other apartments, we have a spacious kitchen, balcony, terrace. Place is so secure. Fast Wi-Fi, I was on workcation. Loved it 100%
